| | | | | | | | | | Phase two: pre-production After the details are decided, I will prepare the final detail drawings with floor plan, wall elevations and installation detail. We will meet and review them for your approval. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, the drawings will be released and cabinetry will be ordered. (Lead time for custom cabinetry can be eight to twelve weeks; stock cabinets, two weeks). Final payment by certified check is due upon delivery.
Phase three: oversight I will visit during installation to ensure the highest quality standards and conformance to design.
Quotes or design only Clients who already have a layout can mail, fax, or email it to me to receive a quote on the cabinetry that I represent. Clients who may wish to keep a production-ready design without completing the project through me, will be charged a design fee between one and two thousand dollars depending on size of the kitchen and complexity of the design.
