Planning requires knowledge...
It takes a lot of information to design the perfect kitchen.  Everyone has a unique lifestyle, and kitchens tend to become the focal point of the entire household.  How many people reside in the home, how many meals are usually prepared at a time, how many cooks will be working together at mealtime,  how often you'll be entertaining -- these are just a few of the factors that can affect design decisions.  Then there are architectural considerations -- fixed structural members, high or sloping ceilings, or  spaces with unusual shapes, may constrain a design or serve as opportunities for creativity.

Rose's questionnaire
I've developed a questionnaire to help systematize the process of gathering information.  It contains many of the questions I'll ask you during our initial planning session.  If you're interested in a new kitchen, you can fill it out now and I'll contact you to set up an initial consultation.  Remember, there's never a charge for a preliminary design.
